your cable service and to answer questions you may have about it. Feel

Installation
Someone 18 years of age or older must be home
during the installation of your cable television service. This will
ensure a thorough and complete installation and will allow you to become
more familiar with your cable service and equipment.
A Brief Note About the Services We Offer
Basic Service
Basic Service is our most viewed level of service.
Basic Service includes off-air broadcast stations and franchise-required
public, educational and government access channels. All programming
is subject to change at any time.
Digital Cable
Digital Cable provides a digital transmission
of special-interest and other channels. With the On-screen Service Guide
that comes with our digital packages, you also get access to multiple
pay-per-view channels and multiplexed Premium services, among other
features. Digital Basic, is available in most areas.
Premium Services
Premium Services are available to customers who
receive Digital Basic Service. Premium channels may include Home Box
Office (HBO), Showtime / The Movie Channel, Cinemax and STARZ! / Encore.
All Premium services may not be available in all areas. There is a separate
monthly charge for each Premium channel a customer receives.
Additional Outlets
Connect the additional television sets in your
home to cable by ordering cable service throughout your home
terrific for families with children and for couples with different entertainment
preferences. Additional outlets are provided with low-cost installation,
and no additional monthly cost for Basic Service.

color and clarity similar to the feeling of being in a movie
theater.

Digital Phone
NPG Cable, Inc., Cablevision introduces our newest technology, Digital
Telephone Service. You have access to the most advanced broadband communications
system in the country. Our Digital Telephone Service offers a wide range
of services including Unlimited local calls, Unlimited Long Distance
in the United States, Call as often as you want, talk as long as you
want, Call Waiting, Caller ID - with many more features available. At
NPG Cable, Inc. you get COMPLETE SATISFACTION - There are no IFS, ANDS,
or BUTS about it. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Since there are no
contracts, there are NO penalty fees if you aren't completely satisfied.
A Note about Programming
We receive programming from various non-cable
and cable networks. We are not responsible for the content of programs
provided by these networks. Programming complaints or questions should
be directed to the cable or broadcast networks. Special equipment also
is available to block unwanted signals of scrambled channels. If you
experience partial audio or video signals on pay-per-view channels,
please contact our office so we can provide the proper equipment.
Moving
Before you move, please call our Customer Service
Department about 14 days prior to the date you would like your service
disconnected at your current address. At that time our Customer Service
Professionals will:
> Transfer your service to your new address
if you are moving within our service area. (This includes setting up
an installation appointment at the new address and disconnection at
the old address.)
> Schedule an appointment to disconnect your service. If you have
equipment, we can arrange to pick that up at the time of disconnect
or we can provide directions to our local office for equipment return.
(You will continue to be charged for equipment until it is returned.
If the equipment is lost or damaged, you will be charged accordingly.)
Emergencies
Emergencies such as fallen power poles, violent
storms or sub-freezing weather may interfere with reception of cable
service. We will have our crews correct any emergency situation as quickly
as possible.
Identifying Employees and Agents of NPG Cable, Inc.,
CableVision
All NPG Cable, Inc., CableVision employees and agents who visit your
home will wear identification badges and/or uniforms so you can be sure
of the person with whom you are dealing.
Complaint Resolution
Your satisfaction with our service is very important
to us. If you are unable to obtain a satisfactory resolution to any
concern, please write or if you prefer, call the service center in your
area. If still not satisfied, write to your Local Franchise Authority
listed on your invoice.
Return Check Policy
A written notification will be sent for any checks
declined for non-sufficient funds. All returned checks will be assessed
a service charge. We will also request that you make arrangements to
replace a returned check with cash, money order, or credit card payment
within ten days from the date of written notification. Otherwise, cable
service will be disconnected and a collection fee may be assessed (all
fees are subject to change).
Termination of Service
You may change or discontinue your cable service
at any time upon written or verbal notification to us. We will stop
charging you for service on the date you wish to discontinue these services.
If necessary, well schedule an appointment to disconnect service.
There is no charge for disconnecting cable service. We do require that
you pay any outstanding amounts due on your account.
Return of Equipment
You will be responsible for returning any applicable
converter or other associated equipment. We attempt to collect this
equipment when we disconnect your service; however, if we dont,
we require you to return it within five days of disconnection. Our failure
to collect any such equipment is not regarded as legal abandonment of
it. A standard fee will be charged for each piece of equipment that
is not returned to NPG Cable, Inc., CableVision.
Reconnection of Service After Disconnection
for Non-Payment.
If you wish to subscribe to NPG Cable, Inc.,
CableVision after having been disconnected for failure to make a payment,
we may first require you to pay any outstanding balance from your previous
subscription in addition to a reconnect fee, and/or a security deposit.
